Happy New Year 2013
At least, Hillary is getting better. The weather is warm and cozy inside the house. Max, my dog , has not made much progress at chasing squirrels. They stay out in the front yard and chatter away. Max has one enemy dog which he goes nuts every time this black dog with a white tail walks by with his owner. It is like dog wars without the laser fights. The other night I took Max out around midnight and here comes the other dog with his owner and a latern to light the way. We rushed to the house until the other dog was gone. Today will be a casual day with only stuff I want to do. Some stuff will still be there tomorrow. No New Years resolutions to break. I figure not to make promises that will be broken if I tried to keep them. I wish everyone a Happy New year filled with prosperity.
Nice boat in the picture. Wishful thinking? It must be nice to own something so grand. It reminds me of an interview I saw once of Jackie Gleason, he said during the interview "I've been rich and I've been poor, and rich is better". I bet that the people on that boat also think that it is nicer to be rich. Maybe someday for me if I ever win the Lotto lottery. Just wishful thinking for my "bucket list", own a great big yacht.
